Owner, Director

With over 20 Years’ experience implementing Lean Mythology in the UK and Australia 10 Year’s working for Toyota UK who are recognized leaders in lean manufacturing globally. As Assembly Manager he gained a solid understanding of lean methodologies and became an integral manager in the manufacturing departments managing Engine line, Finishing line and Chassis. In 2008 Lee migrated to Australia with his family and continued his career providing nationally recognised training and consultancy implementing lean methodology and tools across different industries. (Manufacturing, Food, Health, Construction and Office environments.)

Maintaining currency within the manufacturing, sustainability and vocational and education training sectors is a priority for Lee, consistently active in a variety of professional development activities to ensure his skills and qualifications are up to date and relevant. Combining his experience and knowledge has enabled him to develop high quality tools and methodologies. He has developed a proven track record of delivering results to drive culture change which in turn ensures sustainability for all industries. On a daily basis, Mr. Tudor supports all industries in lean and competitive solutions training, while also engaging all levels within an organization. Currently TPS Consultancy are supporting a diverse range of Business across Victoria to continue to ensure Victorian companies sustain Balance in this diverse sector by implementing Competitive Systems and Practices

Resource and Compliance

Jaime has tertiary qualifications in Risk Management, Transport and Logistic Management and Business Systems and has worked in various industries in Australia and Singapore over the last 18 years. After a number of years working in the Transport and Logistic Industry, Jaime made a switch in career path and seeked employment as a Resource Writer and Compliance Officer in the Vocational Education and Training sector. Jaime has worked in private and not for profit RTOs across Melbourne over the past 6 years. With her, she brings experiences in areas including Resource Writing, Compliance, RTO Administration, Project Management, Risk Management and Logistic Management skills and knowledge. Jaime, based in Melbourne is passionate in creating continuous learning environment to promote and empower the development of leaders from the current workforce.

Danny

Danny

Trainer and Assessor

Throughout Danny’s career, he has gained extensive experiences across many industries in training and coaching. He started out his training and coaching career as a school teacher in South America and sees himself even to this day as a teacher who enjoys and believes in training and coaching in different areas especially in Food Processing and in Competitive Systems and Practices.

When Danny came to Australia back in 2000, he joined Pilkington Glass Automotive as a Plant Manager where he was responsible to meet continuous plant improvements and overall management with a zero loss time injury. Danny’s ability to ask the right questions at the right time resulted in getting everyone's involvement and participation. From these ideas and improvements, the plant has achieved a 10% R.O.I through the introduction of SMART KPIs, people commitment in decision making and accountability as well as 5S.

From his fruitful employment with Pilkington Glass, Danny had a positive career at Toyota for 5 years where he continued to learn more about the manufacturing industry which has further enhanced his achievements and understanding of lean principles and the application of lean tools/concepts. Having worked so closely and established connections with operating workers from the lower end of the organisation hierarchy, Danny wanted to reach out so he can share his wealth of knowledge with more frontline operation workers and hence, that prompted for his return to his teaching roots.

As a trainer and assessor within the VET sector, Danny has made it his personal goal to engage students and tap on their professional growth and learning capabilities by engaging them every step of the way. Danny varies his approach for all learners, encouraging Managers and businesses to maximise their abilities, refine their techniques and learn new ways and tools to nurturing learners that are new to the industry or that struggle with the English language.

Ultimately, Danny would like to see that positive growth in learners for a better future and in their chosen career.

Vince

Vince

Trainer and Assessor

Vince has an extensive background within the Australian Automotive industry, spanning over two decades. During his incumbents at Ford Motor Company, Vince predominantly specialized in warehouse operations - beginning his role as a store man and forklift driver, and gradually widening his skills and knowledge in inventory management systems & team leadership.

With an eager to learn attitude and outgoing personality, Vince actively participated and undertook multiples course thus diversifing his skills to confidently work within an array of production and manufacturing operations. Through these learning opportunities, he has learnt many different lean methodological systems especially since FPS (Ford Production Systems) continuous improvement model shares similar concept to TPS (Toyota Production Systems).

As a part time venture, Vince has a technical passion to work on cars, tinkering with electronics and computers. To further widen his future career options and build on his long term employability capabilities, Vince took up evening classes and persevered to graduating in Electronics Engineering before achieving his Master’s Degree in Computing.

Lecturers and tutors who taught him saw many qualities which led to his part time employment as one of the Head Tutors at RMIT. Through this lecturing and tutoring experience, Vince gained valuable teaching and management skills since he headed a faculty. With his newfound passion in teaching, Vince decided to further pursue his career to become an educator in the VET industry and holds qualifications in TAE50111 Diploma of Vocational Education and Training, MSS50316 Diploma of Competitive Systems and Practices, FDF30111 Certificate III in Food Processing, TLI50410 Diploma of Logistics, MC062 Master of Computing with Distinction, UTE60399 Advanced Diploma in Electronics Engineering, MEM30205 Certificate III in Engineering, Mechanical Trade, Course in Initial General Education for Adults, ISO9001 Lead Auditor and Six Sigma - Green Belt.

As a trainer and assessor, Vince has had many diverse roles within his profession, covering responsibilities from liaising autonomously with clients, engaging learners in continuous training and improvement projects. His portfolio spans from many industrial backgrounds, covering pharmaceuticals, meat processing, logistics & transport to plastic manufacturing industries.

Vince is excited in sharing his learning and working experience and continue to diversify his own knowledge through perpetual learning.

Sani

Sani

Trainer and Assessor

A highly experienced professional with a strong process improvement background that has enabled him to operate across a wide range of companies and industries, from SME's to multi-national companies.

Sani has held various industrial, production and process engineering roles working with industries and with teams to improve quality, manufacturing processes and safety.

Additionally, involvement in continuous improvement initiatives and working as team leader and in supervisory/ management roles have exposed Sani to ongoing management, leadership, logistics and staff conflict issues.

Sani is passionate about lean and working with people, across all levels, to improve the work environment and develop a culture of continuous improvement through teamwork. He has good academic credentials, excellent change management exposure and a track record of workplace training as well as devising, formulating and implementing lean strategies across a broad range of industry types.

Sani’s extensive industrial experience includes working the last 11 years in the training and coaching field helping industrial organisations to transform their businesses through the implementation of lean process improvements and people development. He has been involved in a wide range of industries such as: metal precision cutting and fabrication, steel manufacturing and fabrication industry, railway seating manufacturing and assembly, furniture manufacturing, glass processing, aircraft manufacturing, laminate manufacturing, plastic molding, commercial laundry industry and others.

Areef is enriched with more than 13 years of experience as an engineer practising lean manufacturing techniques from FORD India to Hitachi Asia Singapore where he acquired a greater understanding of elevated standards of quality manufacturing systems. His ability to thrive in these American and Japanese MNCs has cultivated his personality as a constant and continuous learner with a mature approach to building team morale, overcoming resistance and implementing change towards continuous improvement.

Leaving his established career from Singapore, Areef came to Australia in 2008 and started afresh as a CNC manufacturing field programmer for an Australia-based UK MNC. Discovering his passion for training, Areef started his career as a trainer and assessor in 2011.

During these 11 years as a Trainer/ Assessor, Areef has delivered nationally accredited qualifications for multiple RTOs in multiple disciplines, including competitive manufacturing, process manufacturing, warehousing, transport and logistics, business, business administration, project management, etc, Areef has helped both employees and employers of multiple organizations on continuous improvement projects to achieve their professional development and explore full potential.

Areef contributed to a building a harmonious society by delivering many lectures at universities in South India on multiple topics, like leadership management, frontline management, personality development, time management, and programmes such as up your service, words got power, power of positive thinking and many others.

His practise as a life coach in NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) helped the breakthrough of individuals barriers and transforms them to explore their hidden horizons with positivity and confidence.

Areef is a reliable, capable and enthusiastic individual who can take on and adapt to new rolls. Possessing extensive experience of supporting, developing and motivating employees to do better and to drive learning where possible. Enjoys great fulfillment in the role of training and coaching.

John

John

Trainer and Assessor (Contractor)

John, an Applied Science graduate specialising in Metallurgy, has worked his way from foundry Leading Hand to Production Manager roles over his 30 years in manufacturing from the UK and in Australia. With a strong interest in achieving high quality and safety standards, John took the opportunity to sidestep into staff training and development in the 1990s.

John sees the importance of lean practices and how cultural change elevates quality and safety standards. As a Production Manager, he has implemented many 5S projects needed to maintain permanent performance efficiency. During his employment as a Safety Consultant with a Melbourne-based Chemical Organisation, he was responsible for setting up staff induction procedure and overall workplace safety system. John’s personable approach resulted in getting everyone’s participation and commitment for success.

As a trainer and assessor, John has demonstrated his ability to align an RTO’s learning solutions with client’s business strategies, establish and maintain effective learning relationships and support in the workplace while delivering quality training and assessment to achieve maximum positive impact on people and business. John has worked with a diverse range of industries including food and dairy production, rubber manufacturers, printing services, steel fabricators and pharmaceutical organisations.

John enjoys challenging himself and learn new strategies and share and exchange these skills and knowledge through different types of educating and training platforms.
