Qualification description
This program is being offered as a qualification for learners wanting to complete the qualification of Certificate IV in Competitive Systems and Practices (CSP).
It is targeted towards currently full time/part time employed individuals who are responsible for facilitating and monitoring the implementation of CSP to improve efficiency in a team or work area and own work role. Individuals apply broad knowledge and analytical skills to facilitate change and improve efficiency.
This qualification provides the skills and knowledge required by a team leader or other person to implement competitive systems and practices in the work of a team or work group, or by a specialist in competitive systems and practices. For this reason, this qualification is not suitable for direct entry from school.
Entry requirements
There are no formal entry requirements for entry to MSS40322. However, it should be noted that this qualification is not intended to supply operational or technical skills that are used in conjunction with competitive systems and practices skills. This qualification is not suitable for direct from school.

Target Learners
The course targets currently employed workers in a full-time or part-time role working in small to large sized organisation and include individuals who must support, facilitate or lead the work of others which require similar skills. The number of groups of learners and allocated trainer(s)/assessor(s) may vary depending on the total number of enrolled learners, training can either be conducted one-to-one and/or in small groups. This program is suitable for working environments with a range and complexity of job responsibilities.
