Jaime Yeo

Jaime has tertiary qualifications in Risk Management, Transport and Logistics Management, and Business Systems. She has worked in various industries in Australia and Singapore for more than 20 years.
After several years working in the Transport and Logistics Industry, Jaime switched career paths and sought employment as a Resource Writer and Compliance Officer in the Vocational Education and Training sector. She has since worked in private and not-for-profit RTOs across Melbourne since 2011.
Jaime is based in Melbourne and is passionate about creating a continuous learning environment to promote and empower the development of leaders from the current workforce.

Vedat (Vince) Karabolat

Vince has an extensive background within the Australian Automotive industry, spanning over 20 years. At Ford Motor Company, Vince specialized in warehouse operations – worked his way from a store man to be an Inventory Management Leader mastering different Lean
methodological systems.
Not stopping there, Vince took up evening classes and persevered to graduating in Electronics Engineering before achieving his master’s degree in computing and worked as a part time tutor at RMIT University.
As a trainer and assessor, his training portfolio spans over many industrial backgrounds, covering pharmaceuticals, food manufacturing and processing, logistics & transport to plastic manufacturing industries.
Vince is excited to share his learning and working experience and continue to diversify his knowledge through perpetual learning.

Sani Stefanonski

Sani held various industrial engineering roles before he embarked his journey as a Trainer and Assessor. With a good track of academic credentials, change management exposure and excellent employment records, Sani managed many successful lean strategies across a range of industry types. His training efforts with Qantas Australia was recognised and awarded with a plaque of appreciation in 2014.
With more than 15 years of experience as a Trainer and Assessor, he brings strong process improvement knowledge and experience. His experience covers a wide range of skill sets required in metal cutting and fabrication, steel fabrication, railway works, furniture works, glass processing, aircraft manufacturing, laminate manufacturing, plastic moulding, commercial laundry industry and others.
Sani believes continuous skills development and enrichment is important, and it should be encouraged.

Dhanraj (Danny) Jaimangal

Danny started his career as a schoolteacher in South America in 1990. He migrated to Australia with his family in 2000 and spent 8 years with Pilkington Glass Automotive as a Plant and Training Manager where he demonstrated strong capabilities, not only achieving expected results but an outstanding 10% on R.O.I. during his employment.
Danny later found new employment with Toyota Australia in 2008 where he continued to learn more about the Australian manufacturing industry, developed strong understanding of lean principles and the application of lean tools/concepts.
Before the end of 2014, Danny made a career change to be a Trainer and Assessor returning to his passion to teach. His well of knowledge and experience has since supported learners through their learning journey, ultimately achieving positive growth for better future in their chosen career pathway.
